This plant added to my collection quite by accident.: ordered amaryllis, and received an onion nerina, still in very poor condition..

Strengthened her all summer, planted in open ground. The sun and air did their job - after transplanting into a pot, a flower arrow appeared.

The bulb grows in universal soil for indoor flowers. The main condition is that the flowerpot is cramped. Otherwise, the plant will grow green mass, but won't bloom.

After the "summer vacation" Nerina had children. She separated them, so as not to take away the power of the parent instance.

When did the peduncle form?, began to feed with fertilizer for flowering species - once a week.

There is a plant in the winter garden, which is well ventilated. The temperature here is room. After flowering, there will be a dormant period.. I’ll cut off the dry aerial part and put the pot in a cooler place (about +10 city.) until spring.

NERINE has other names - Guernsey lily, cape flower, spider lily, sea ​​nymph.
