A year ago, Duperrea pavettifolia appeared in my collection.. This is a rarity in our area. (not seen for sale), so ordered from afar. But, in spite of long transport, the seedling surprisingly quickly got used to it and actively began to grow.

After quarantine, I transplanted it into a substrate from a purchased neutral soil, biogumus, quartz sand and soil conditioner "33 heroes" (as a baking powder, it's airy like vermiculite).

Components taken by eye, to get a homogeneous crumbly mixture.

Put the plant on the south window sill, which turned out to be not the best choice: flowers under direct rays fell off too quickly, and "cap" flowering I waited only by autumn, when solar activity decreased.

Had to water daily on hot days, because the earth ball dried out instantly.

DUPERREY has a light, unobtrusive aroma of wild flowers with sweetish notes..
