Pellionia Davo looks very nice as an ampelous plant in a hanging planter. Besides, its fleshy painted leaves purify the air, saturating it with phytoncides, therefore the flower takes its rightful place in my collection.

This is a heat-loving plant: in winter he is comfortable at a temperature not lower than +16-18 city., in summer - at +20-24 city, (transfers and above).

I water carefully (better to underfill, what to pour), as from waterlogging the roots suffocate and rot. The soil must be moist, but not wet.

Pellionia loves a warm shower, which frees it from dust and is a good prophylactic agent against pests.

I feed the plant once a month with fertilizer for decorative leafy species from spring to autumn, diluting it in half the size, what is written in the instructions.

Once every two years, in the spring, I transplant it into a light substrate from a leaf, humus earth, peat (necessarily, because he loves an acidic environment) and coarse sand (2:1:1:1), adding perlite or vermiculite. You can take a commercially available universal primer.
